Implemented a full Human Resources structure within the business. Structured personnel files, created order and updated details to align with Ministry of Labour & Immigration requirements.

Developed a formal process to enable effective people management system between management and employees. This enabled management to make better people decisions and de-personalised the process to ensure all employees were supported.

Conducted initial screening of candidates and grew headcount from a team of 9 to 29, developed and embedded an on-boarding training programme to enable new starters to be able to be effective in a short period.
